Beauty | Testing my new Make Up from Manhattan #1

Ich mache heute mal wieder einen Abstecher in Beauty-Welt! Hauptsächlich weil ich momentan niemanden da habe, der Fotos von mir macht, aber auch weil ein bisschen Abwechslung nicht schadet. Außerdem wollte ich euch ja auch all meine neuen Produkte von Manhattan, die ich in Berlin abstauben konnte genauer vorstellen.

Ich muss zugeben, einige Teile davon sind schon zu meinen absoluten Lieblingen geworden!

Heute stelle ich euch also Lidschatten, Rouge und Lippenstifte vor - Die Nagellacke bekommen einen eigenen Post. Solche Beautyposts sind echt super aufwendig, Hut ab vor allen Beautybloggern!

Today it's all about my new Beauty Products that I got during Berlin FashionWeek from Manhattan. I must admit, I can already call some of them my "beauty favourites"! So today I want to show you the eyeshadows, blushers and lipsticks. Next time I'll introduce you to all my new nailpolish colours.

Ich liebe die Glossy Lipbalms! Den rosanen tu ich mittlerweile fast täglich drauf. Die haben einen pflegenden Effekt und sehen aus wie Lip-Gloss, nur dass sie nicht so eklig kleben. Find ich super. Den dunkelroten Lipbalm hatte ich einmal abends zum rausgehen an, ich liebe den Farbton, er ist perfekt für solche dunkleren Typen wie mich. Bei den Liplaquern bin ich mir noch nicht so sicher. Ich finde die Konsistenz nicht so super. Außerdem gefällt mir das Lila nicht. Den pinken Lippenstift mag ich jedoch total gern - den sehr ihr auch im Video.

I love the Glossy Lipbalms! I'm starting to wear the rose one almost every day, as it has a nice nurturing effect, looks like a lip gloss but isnt as sticky! I like that. Also the colour of the dark red one is amazing - I wore it on my birthday and I loved it. As for the Lip Lacquers, I'm not sure yet if I like them. The texture is quite weird and also the purple colour is not so pretty I think. The pink Lipstick, however, is amazing! You can see me using it in the video.

Ich liebe dieses knallpinke Rouge! Man muss es jedoch vorsichtig benutzen. So zaubert es eine echt schöne Farbe und einen tollen Schimmer auf die Wangen! Die Eyeshadow Pens in Dunkelsilber und Gold finde ich auch richtig super, man kann echt schnell damit ein schönes AMU zaubern, perfekt für solche schminkfaulen Menschen wir mich. Der cremige Duo Lidschatten gefällt mir auch sehr gut und hält wirklich super lange! Die Eyemazing Lidschattenpalette hat mich eher enttäuscht - die Pigmentierung ist sehr schwach. Der Concealer ist viel zu hell für mich und den werd ich wohl verschenken.

I love that bright pink blusher! But, you have to use it carfully - like this you get a lovely and natural shade of pink, that also makes your cheeks shine. The Eyeshadow Pens in dark silver and gold are great too, it's really easy to create a nice eye make-up with it, which is perfect for beginners and lazy peoply like me. Also I like the creamy Duo Eyeshadow Set, it has a really nice pigmentation and lasts long. However the Eyemazing Eyeshadow Palette was rather a flop, I didnt like the pigmentation nor the colours. Oh and the concealer was too light for me anyways, I'm going to give it to a friend or so.

Soo und zum Schluss gibt es jetzt noch ein Video zum Make-Up, welches ich bei diesem Outfit hier aufgetragen hatte. Ist nichts großartiges - eben ein schneller Look für den Sommer :)

Wie ihr wisst, probiere ich mich seitdem ich eine Kamera mit Videofunktion besitze (Canon Eos 600D) an Videos... Mir macht es einfach total Spaß, vor allem weil ich auf dem Gebiet einfach noch sehr unerfahren bin und erstmal überall durchblicken und meinen eigenen Stil finden muss. Außerdem denke ich, dass ein Video ab und an mal Abwechslung hier reinbringt und alles gleich viel persönlicher wird.

Zwar musste ich euch für dieses Video die ungeschminkte Wahrheit zeigen... aber seien wir doch mal ehrlich: Schminke kann einen wirklich à la Transformers umwandeln. Thank God! 

Übrigens habe ich danach erfahren, dass man den Concealer NACH der Foundation benutzten sollte... ahja! gut! Normalerweise benutze ich auch keine Foundation, jedoch bin ich so blass geworden nach diesem harten Winter! Und mein Blusher war in echt nur halb so fleckig wie im Video... haha

Since I got my new camera which has a Video function (Canon EOS 600D), I cant stop trying to Film stuff... It just makes so much fun, as i am still in the learning process and finding out my own style. I think these kind of posts bring in some nice change into my Blog, and its more personal.
For this Video I even had to show you the naked truth... But lets be honest girls: make up really can make a whole new person out of us - Transformers like. Thank God!
Oh and by the way: After i made the video i found out that you should put the concealer after the foundation...well, thats good to know I guess!

My favourite Beauty Products

In meinem Blog dreht es sich zwar eigentlich garnicht um Beauty(hab da auch wenig Ahnung von ...), aaaaaber ich musste einfach unbedingt meine wunderbare, neue Kamera ausprobieren. Nach monatelangem Hin und Her habe ich nun in eine Canon EOS 600D investiert... und ich glaube das war eine gute Entscheidung. Bei Amazon ist sie momentan reduziert, und dadurch dass ich ja schon Objektive besitze, musste ich nur das Gehäuse kaufen. 

Naja, auf jeden Fall habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, euch mal meine derzeit liebsten Beautyprodukte zu zeigen. Ich hab auch eigentlich nicht so viele Produkte, was wahrscheinlich daran liegt, dass mich diese riiiiiiiesen Auswahl einfach immer wieder total überwältigt, sodass ich mich nicht entscheiden kann und schließlich dann doch nichts kaufe. Ich hasse es nämlich Geld für ein Produkt zu lassen, welches sich dann zum Schluss als Reinfall entpuppt und ich es nur noch wegschmeißen kann.

Mit den Produkten, die ich momentan benutze bin ich aber zum Glück ziemlich zufrieden.... & das erspart mir so einiges an Nerven und Zeit.

I actually do not write about beauty stuff(no skills! haha), buuuut I just had to test my wonderful new camera. After months of being indecisive, I finally invested in a Canon Eos 600D... best decision ever! Its currently on Sale on Amazon, and as I already have objectives, I just had to buy the body.
Anyway, I decided to show you my favourite beauty products at the moment. I actually do not have that many products, which is mainly because everytime I stand in front of this huge variety of beauty stuff, I get so overwhelmed that I cant decide what to take and eventually leave the place without having bought anything. I just hate spending money for products, that turn out bad, so that the only thing you can do is throw them away.
At the moment I am content with the beauty products I use... & this saves me a lot of time and nerves.
